The cost of your order will depend on the specific needs of your project including message type, word count, and selected add-ons. Here's a breakdown of our rates:

Greetings, Announcements, Voicemails, Voice Prompts: $80 per 100 words (based on total project word count)

On-Hold Messages:
All On-Hold Messages include 100 words, your choice of a voice-over talent, and a background music track.

Prices start at:
 • For Phone System: $150
 • For Contact Center: $220

Each additional 100 words: $60

Please note: On-Hold Message rates vary by phone system size (number of users/agents).

Add-Ons:

Background Music for Greetings & Prompts:
• For Phone System: $35
• For Contact Center: $50

Rush Delivery: $80 for the first 100 words, $40 for each additional 100 words.

Proofreading: $25 per 100 words.

Why is the price different when using messages in a Contact Center compared with a Phone System?

The price difference is due to higher call volumes and usage rates in Contact Centers, which require more coverage. We provide the necessary licensing to accommodate this increased usage.

What is a "User" or "Agent" and how do I know how many I have?

When you have a contact center (call center) or phone system subscription with a service provider, you are paying per seat, which is referred to as a user or agent seat:

Agent Seat: The number of seats that enable agents to accept and/or make calls within a contact center (call center).
User Seat: The number of seats that allow users to make and receive calls through a cloud-based phone system.
Telephone Line: If you have an on-premise phone system, count the total number of telephone lines across all locations.

I don't see the voice talent I used on my last order.

Sometimes, our voice talents may be temporarily unavailable due to reasons like vacations or sick leave. They could also be permanently unavailable. Please Contact Support for more information about the voice talent you're interested in.

Do you have Bilingual voices?

Snap Recordings features over 150 in-house industry-leading voice talents available to record in English, Spanish, and French which can be ordered through our website.

Please Note: Scripts must be submitted in the language spoken by the chosen voice talent, and accurate translations must be provided. Voice talents will record messages exactly as submitted.

Visit our Voice Talent Library to explore samples categorized by language. For the North American market, we recommend selecting "Latin Spanish" voice talents. Castilian Spanish is available for European markets, and Rioplatense for Argentina and Uruguay. For bilingual messages, please choose talents from our dedicated Bilingual section.

How should I expect numbers to be read in my greeting?

By default, numbers are read digit by digit. So, for example, "123" would be read as "one-two-three." However, you have some control over this! You can write one-hundred twenty-three, or one-twenty-three in your script or in the pronunciation notes.


Can you proofread my "Real Voice" messages?

Proofreading is available as an add-on option during the checkout process. Our service includes reviewing your scripts, correcting punctuation, grammar, and misspelled words. We focus solely on correcting typos and grammatical errors without altering the content of your scripts. If significant changes are necessary, our team will notify you accordingly.


When will I receive my completed project?

Standard Delivery is within 3-4 business days. Rush Delivery is within 1-2 business days. The cost is an additional $80 for the first 100 words, and $40 for every 100 words thereafter.


How do I make changes to an order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team. Be sure to provide your Order ID and specify the messages you would like to modify.
Please note: Any revisions that require re-recording after checkout will incur a fee.

Messages without music:
Script changes and re-records start at $50 for 15 words (approximately one sentence).
Additional changes within the same message are $15 per update, limited to 15 words.
Changes exceeding 15 words in a message will require a new order submission.
Changes that do not require recording are $30 for the first message and $10 for each message

Messages with music:
Any requests for script changes or re-records require the submission of a new order.

Please note: Changes to messages after 30 days of purchase require a new order.

Text-To-Speech: Any message generated using text to speech that does not contain music, can be used indefinitely in your system.
Music: Your Music License is valid as long as your subscription is active.
